<p>I had a conversation a few weeks ago with a local restaurant owner who was exploring the notion of supplying iPads at the bar, almost hanging them above the barstools, as he described.&#160; Sounded like a great idea to me.</p></div>

<p>Besides something as obvious as cut-and-paste capabilities, personally I’d love to see some sort of <a class="zem_slink" title="Streaming media" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Streaming_media" rel="wikipedia">video streaming</a> a la <a href="http://qik.com/">Qik</a> &#8211;without having to jailbreak the device. I’ve read there’s been at least a few video apps available for some time but Apple hasn’t signed off on platform deployment.</p>
